we made it to van!

Well here we are...we made it to the coast! We rode ruby (interim name for the lil red gal) way to hard, but she made it. the fire tower road took it's toll on the car. we scraped a rock and now we sound like a bus, and the brakes started smoking from the heat on the way down. but she is still running smooth and we'll get her tuned up in victoria when we get there tomorrow. best part is that it cost us $15 dollars to drive through washington!

it was a little cold through the mountain some nights but very beautiful. the fire tower gave us a good show. thunder storm and a good strong wind made for a memorable night.

we'll post more pics later but we are going to enjoy a bbq and some tasty microbrew tonight!
